The right starting point

Who is this useful for?

This service is for companies that want to inform their existing contacts regularly or on selected occasions. These may include a new service, an expert perspective, or a company development. We support individual editions as well as ongoing editorial work. We begin by clarifying recipient groups, existing content, the basis for sending communications, and the systems in use. A newsletter is a scheduled mailing; automatically triggered message sequences are treated as a separate need and can be planned as an additional service if desired.

Part of our offering Email marketing

Specifically for your company

What we deliver for you.

01

Plan recipients and topics

We discuss whom you want to inform and which questions or occasions are relevant to them. This leads to a topic plan with a sensible frequency. Available information from your company is included. Different recipient groups may need different priorities; that division is agreed according to your data and capabilities.

02

Make copy clear and accessible

We write the agreed content with a clear hierarchy. Recipients should quickly understand the subject and where to find more information. You provide the subject-matter foundation and check statements before approval. Scope, subject line, and further links are considered alongside the content itself.

03

Develop design and format

The design follows your brand and the email platform you use. Existing templates can be incorporated or developed further. We organise copy, images and links to keep the newsletter clear. The formats anwision will deliver and the tasks your team will handle are clearly agreed in advance.

04

Prepare approval and sending

We organize the agreed handover and preparation within the designated system. The recipient group, sending time, and responsibilities are agreed with you. During ongoing support, we examine available feedback and metrics to develop topics and structure further. The actual relevance of the content remains more important than an isolated metric.

From the starting point to delivery

How we work together.

  1. 01

    Clarify the occasion and framework

You identify recipients, topics, and available materials. Together, we determine tasks, the basis for sending, and responsibilities for the planned edition or ongoing support.

  2. 02

    Create an edition

We prepare copy and design. Your consolidated feedback ensures that factual statements, links, and proposed next steps fit together.

  3. 03

    Approve and keep learning

Following the agreed review, we hand over the work or prepare it for sending. Insights from feedback and available data can inform later editions.

A main topic gives the edition direction

A newsletter can bring together several pieces of information if their relative importance is clear. First establish the main reason for the mailing and the desired next action. Additional topics should support that focus or be relevant to the same recipient group. anwision structures the copy and design accordingly. When very different topics come together, we discuss whether separating them would improve clarity. The decision is based on content and recipients, rather than a desire to fit in as many company announcements as possible.

Approve the complete edition

Approving the copy alone does not check the entire newsletter. The finished edition includes the subject line, images, links, and information on the linked pages. These elements should be reviewed together before sending. Nominate someone to consolidate factual changes and confirm the intended version. If an offer or date changes, that information must enter the agreed process in time. This keeps a clear record of which version was actually approved.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

How often should we send a newsletter?

The frequency should fit your available topics and recipients' expectations. A fixed date is only useful when relevant content is ready. We therefore plan around actual occasions and resources. Both regular editions and individual mailings on specific topics can be agreed where appropriate.

Can we handle sending ourselves?

Yes. You can commission anwision solely for concept development, copy or design and manage the remaining process internally. We clarify required formats, technical specifications and handover dates. If preparation within the mailing system is also required, these tasks and the necessary access are agreed separately.

Can any existing contact list be used?

Before use, the origin, structure, and documented basis for emailing your contacts must be clarified. The planned content must also fit the recipient group. Your company provides this information and the approvals. On that basis, we agree the audience and the specific preparation of planned newsletters with you.

Can several company departments contribute content to one edition?

Yes. Contributions should be collected centrally and ordered by relevance to recipients. A named contact resolves priorities and conflicting information. anwision can turn these into a clear newsletter, provided content, scope and approvals are agreed together.

What happens if an offering changes after approval?

Report the change immediately through the agreed communication process. Before a pending email is sent, the affected elements are checked and any required reapprovals identified. Linked pages may be affected too. The specific responsibilities depend on the commissioned scope.
