The right starting point

Who is this useful for?

For hotels that want to express their identity more clearly, update content regularly or communicate individual offerings with a specific focus. When guest communication and recruitment need to develop in parallel, shared foundations also help make the hotel's presence recognisable and manageable.

Specifically for your company

What we deliver for you.

01

Refine the hotel's profile

We clarify which audiences your hotel particularly appeals to and which characteristics should underpin your communication. This foundation helps select topics, imagery and messages without trying to reach different audiences with the same approach.

02

Translate atmosphere into content

Photography and video production can showcase rooms, food, offerings and employees. We plan in advance which subjects and formats are needed for the website, social media and advertising, and how production can fit around daily operations.

03

Communicate offerings clearly

For selected offerings, we connect editorial content, digital campaigns and appropriate pages. We ensure that visual language, descriptions and the next step fit together, so visitors do not have to search across several channels for essential information.

04

Present the hotel as an employer

Employee profiles, insights into everyday work and clearly structured careers content support your employer communication. Recruitment campaigns and application journeys can complement this content when you want to fill specific roles and make it easier for suitable applicants to get in touch.

From the starting point to delivery

How we work together.

  1. 01

Understand the hotel, audiences and occasions

We discuss your positioning, existing content and the objectives of the collaboration. We consider relevant offerings, planned communication occasions and which internal contacts can provide and approve content.

  2. 02

    Coordinate production and publication

We turn the priorities into a realistic editorial and production plan. Design, required formats and publication are considered together so that new content can be used directly in the intended channels.

  3. 03

    Develop communication continuously

During ongoing management, we discuss available data and feedback from your company. We use these to identify adjustments to topics, formats, landing pages or campaigns and agree the next steps together.

Turn one production into a usable content library

An image may serve a different purpose on a service page from its role in a short social media post. We therefore plan shots around their use: an overview of a room, a detail of an offering or a personal insight into the team. Required framing and formats are identified in advance so that the subsequent selection has a clear rationale.

Together, we distinguish content that remains useful for longer from images tied to a particular offering. This helps your team identify which material can currently be used and which subjects should be reviewed before being published again.

Bring information from your business into the planning

For ongoing communication, we agree on who passes on new offers, changes, and approved dates. A clear topic list connects this information with planned publications. Guest questions can also be included: they show which details should be added to an offer page and which information needs explaining more often.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

Can we initially commission only new photographs or videos?

Yes. A one-off production is possible. In advance, we clarify subjects, formats, intended uses and organisational requirements. If you want to use the material on additional channels later, we take that into account during planning where possible. This creates a production with a clearly defined purpose.

Can guest communication be combined with recruitment?

Both areas can build on a shared brand and visual language. Their specific content and contact routes differ, however: guests are interested in stays and offerings, while applicants want to understand tasks and the working environment. We develop suitable priorities for each and coordinate production and design.

Does anwision also provide regular channel management?

Yes. This can include strategy, editorial planning, content production and publication. The specific scope is agreed based on your channels, topics and internal capacity. For reliable collaboration, we also define how current information from your company reaches the planning process and how approvals work.

Can existing imagery be included in a new plan?

Yes. We assess which images meaningfully support the current content and are available in suitable formats. New shoots are planned where specific gaps exist or the existing material no longer fits the offering.

How can different departments at the hotel be involved?

We agree contacts for the required topics and a consolidated approval process. Expert information may come from several departments, while publication feedback is brought together through one agreed point of contact.
