The right starting point
Who is this useful for?
Branding and design are relevant when your company is launching, evolving, or presenting an inconsistent image. Individual materials may have developed over the years and now convey different impressions. Your existing presence may no longer explain your offering adequately. Together, we establish which elements remain sound and which should be updated. Not every project requires a complete reinvention. Sharper positioning, a refreshed visual identity, or selected sales materials may also be the right scope. What matters is a clear connection between your company, its audiences, and its visual expression.
Specifically for your company
What we deliver for you.
Brand positioning
We examine your offering, audiences, and the qualities that define your company. From this, we develop a clear content direction for your presence. Positioning should help prioritize relevant statements and guide decisions about language, design, and materials. It provides the foundation for further creative work.
Visual identity and logo
Using the content foundation, we develop or revise the visual elements of your brand. These may include the logo, colours, typography and an appropriate visual style. Together, we clarify which elements are needed and how existing ones should be incorporated. The scope ranges from targeted adjustments to a more comprehensive redesign.
Presentations
A presentation needs to organise information clearly and represent your brand consistently. We design company and sales presentations around the conversation in which they will be used. We consider the order of information, readability and visual emphasis. Whether you need individual slides, a complete presentation or reusable foundations is agreed according to your actual use.
Sales materials and print
We apply your brand identity to materials your team uses when engaging prospective clients. These might include service brochures and printed company information. Content and design should support the reader's decision. Required formats, editability and preparation for the intended output are clarified with you before implementation.
Exhibition design and application
At a trade fair, visitors need to understand the offering and who is behind it quickly. We design the agreed visual elements and supporting materials to suit your presence. We incorporate the technical requirements of the production partners involved. Which design elements are created and which implementation partners participate depends on your specific exhibition plans.
From the starting point to delivery
How we work together.
- 01
Clarify the starting point and direction
You give us insight into your offering and existing materials. Together, we define the perception the presence should support and which elements belong to the project.
- 02
Develop the design
We turn the agreed direction into designs. Your consolidated feedback helps us make decisions against the objectives. Detailed development and specific applications build on this.
- 03
Complete the applications
The approved design is applied to the agreed materials. We coordinate the required files and output formats so your team or other participants can use the results appropriately.
Make design decisions using shared criteria
A new brand identity often brings different personal preferences into play. Decisions become more useful when your team first agrees on shared criteria: which audience should understand the identity, which characteristics should come through, and where must the design work? This foundation guides the concepts. anwision explains design decisions in relation to your positioning. You consolidate feedback around the agreed objectives so that individual opinions lead to a clear direction for development.
Determine required files from their intended uses
A presentation team, a printer, and a website require different working materials. Therefore, record who will use the deliverables and whether content should later be editable internally. This determines format and handover requirements. Designing selected materials does not automatically include a fully developed collection of every conceivable brand application. Together, we define which files and design foundations are part of the project and which additional applications you will need afterwards.

Frequently asked questions.
Do we need to change our logo to improve our presence?
Not necessarily. Sometimes the main need is a consistent use of colors, typography, imagery, and layout. We consider existing elements in relation to your objectives. This determines whether careful refinement is sufficient or a new visual identity makes sense. The scope is agreed before design begins.
Can we commission individual materials instead of a full branding project?
Yes. You can commission a presentation, sales materials or exhibition graphics as a standalone project, for example. Existing brand guidelines and available files then provide the foundation. Before starting, we clarify content, use, required formats and approvals so that the result fits coherently into your existing company presence.
What information does anwision need for brand development?
A clear description of your offering, information about your audiences and existing communication materials are useful. Your business objectives and reasons for wanting a change are equally important. We organise this starting information together. Statements about your expertise and the characteristics of your brand are agreed with you rather than replaced with generic claims.
Are printing, production and all subsequent applications automatically included?
No. Design, specific applications and external production services are distinguished within the project scope. We clarify in advance which files and materials anwision will create and which other contributors you will need. Additional applications can be added if required. This keeps the agreed outputs clear and shows where further coordination is needed.
Can our marketing department take the deliverables forward afterwards?
This should be considered when planning the handover. We clarify which materials should be editable internally and which working environment your team uses. This determines the agreed scope of editable files or reusable foundations for later applications.
How are external production partners' requirements considered?
Provide existing requirements before detailed design work wherever possible. This allows output formats and technical specifications to inform the design. The project defines which coordination anwision will handle and which discussions will take place directly between your team and the production partner.
