The right starting point

Who is this useful for?

This service suits managing directors, business owners and experts who want to develop their personal profile consistently through relevant content. The focus is on your professional perspective: what questions concern your audience, which experiences can you put into context, and where do you have a well-founded point of view? We support the editorial work and organise a reliable process. If your positioning is not yet clear, we establish that first. Management of a company page can be discussed as an additional, separate scope of work.

Part of our offering Personal branding

Specifically for your company

What we deliver for you.

01

Refine the editorial direction

We clarify the audience, role and suitable priorities for your presence. Existing posts help us understand your language and previous topics. From this, we develop an editorial direction that makes decisions easier: what fits your expertise, which questions are relevant, and which topics do you deliberately want to leave out?

02

Gather ideas and experiences

Regular conversations or consolidated input from experts provide the source material. We ask about concrete observations, assessments and examples from your work. Confidential information is not turned into content without review. Together, we determine what may be used publicly and which statements need additional context.

03

Write posts

We turn your information into drafts with a clear structure and message. You review the content and tone before publication. Your feedback helps refine the personal voice. Supporting images or video formats can be agreed where they usefully support a topic and suitable material is available.

04

Organise editing and handover

We agree the publication schedule, responsibilities and approvals. Personal messages, comments and other interactions are explicitly assigned. During ongoing management, we discuss the response to topics and your experiences in conversations. We use this to develop the plan without treating individual reach figures as equivalent to business success.

From the starting point to delivery

How we work together.

  1. 01

    Clarify the role and topics

We discuss your objectives and professional background. Together, we define the topics for which you want to be visible and the boundaries that apply.

  2. 02

    Develop content together

Your input becomes initial drafts. You provide expert feedback; we refine structure and language until the agreed approval.

  3. 03

    Build continuity

Coordinated topic gathering informs further planning. New experiences and questions from your working day keep content specific and personal.

Distinguish personal observation from a verifiable statement

A personal post can offer an assessment without presenting it as a universal fact. When providing topic ideas, indicate where possible what you have experienced yourself, what is your opinion, and which details need verification. This distinction helps with ghostwriting. Figures, client examples, or statements about other companies need an appropriate basis and approval. We write the post so that your perspective is understandable and the scope of the statement remains clear.

Use follow-up questions to plan future topics

Personal communication does not end when a post is published. Note which questions come back from your intended audience and which topics arise in later conversations. This feedback can reveal where an explanation is missing or greater depth would be useful. Together, we consider several posts in context. A single publication that attracts strong attention does not have to determine the entire direction; your professional positioning and the quality of the exchange remain important reference points.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

How much time will I need for the collaboration?

You remain the source of expert statements and personal experience. We therefore need regular input and approvals from you. Topics can be gathered in one conversation. We set the rhythm so that your involvement remains manageable and enough substance is available for the agreed posts.

Does anwision also write personal messages on my behalf?

The described focus is on topic planning, ghostwriting, and posts. Messages and individual conversations are not automatically included. We clarify responsibilities in advance. In personal exchanges especially, it is important that people receive appropriate answers and that it remains clear which tasks you wish to handle yourself.

Do I already need a large audience?

No. The initial size of your network is no substitute for a clear editorial direction and relevant content. We start with your role, objectives and available time. We do not promise a particular increase in reach, followers or enquiries; the collaboration focuses on clear, authentic personal communication.

Does every post need to promote our offering directly?

No. An expert post can answer a question or put a decision in context, showing your perspective in the process. The appropriate connection to your offering depends on the topic. We align the mix with your positioning and the actual conversations you have.

How can additional internal approvals be planned?

Identify early which topics need additional review beyond your personal approval. Drafts can then be prepared and shared accordingly. Consolidated feedback prevents already approved copy from being reopened later through conflicting individual changes.
