The right starting point
Who is this useful for?
A corporate film is suitable when you want to introduce your offering and way of working as a coherent whole. It can be used on your website, in presentations or during personal meetings. The communication purpose is decisive: should the film provide an initial overview, explain a service or introduce the company as an employer? We choose a clear central message rather than trying to include every detail at once. If your main aim is to promote individual offerings, a shorter promotional video may be more suitable.

Specifically for your company
What we deliver for you.
Message and concept
We discuss the audience, intended use and information viewers should remember after watching the film. From this, we develop the content structure and suitable scenes. The concept shows which statements will be spoken and which ideas are better communicated through specific images, activities or situations.
Shoot preparation
Before filming, we agree locations, participants and the schedule. Interviews have prepared topics and questions. Your contact person helps coordinate internal availability and access. The plan accommodates day-to-day operations and records which shots are necessary for the agreed narrative.
Filming and interviews
We film the prepared scenes and guide the participants during recording. Professional statements come from your company and are recorded within the agreed framework. Unplanned additions are assessed against the concept so a coherent story develops and the shoot retains its direction.
Editing and final versions
During post-production, images and statements are assembled into the film. You receive the agreed opportunity to provide consolidated feedback. Length, output formats, additional on-screen elements, and possible shorter versions are recorded in the assignment. Additional versions for other channels can therefore be considered during production.
From the starting point to delivery
How we work together.
- 01
Define the communication task
You explain the company, audience, and intended use. We develop a suitable direction and define which topics the film should cover.
- 02
Prepare the shoot together
The concept and schedule are agreed. You organise the required people and access; we prepare the agreed creative approach and shoot.
- 03
Edit and approve the film
The footage becomes the agreed version. Your consolidated feedback informs revisions before the final files are handed over.
One core message carries the film
A corporate film does not have to explain every service in full. First decide what viewers should understand after watching it. We then select the statements and scenes that genuinely support that purpose. Further information can be explored in subsequent conversations or on your website. This focus also helps with internal decisions: a scene is assessed by its contribution to the story, rather than simply whether another company department also appears on screen.
Establish factual accuracy before detailed production
In interviews, it is important to review key statements early. Unclear terminology, outdated information or contradictory wording should not first emerge when the film is already well developed. We agree the feedback process with you. Changes to an existing version are different from new statements or additional scenes. Whether a request can be fulfilled using the recorded material or requires further filming is assessed against the specific content.

Frequently asked questions.
How long should a company film be?
The right length depends on the purpose and use. A brief website overview needs different content from a more detailed introduction used in a conversation. We derive the length from the intended message. What matters is that the film remains clear and communicates the required information effectively.
Does the management team have to speak in the film?
No. The concept determines who speaks. This may include managing directors, employees or other people you select. An approach placing greater emphasis on observed situations is also possible. We agree in advance which form suits the statements and the people involved.
Are short versions for social media automatically included?
Short versions and additional formats are agreed explicitly. They may require different material, new openings or adjusted framing. If the intended uses are known early, we can take them into account during filming. A main film therefore does not automatically mean that any number of additional versions is included in the assignment.
Can the film be made without interviews with our clients?
Yes. The concept can build on your employees, workflows, and approved company information. Client testimonials are not essential. The perspectives actually needed follow the film's main message and intended use, rather than a fixed template.
What if new statements need to be added after filming?
We first check whether existing material accurately communicates the new message. Changes may affect the structure or require additional footage. The corresponding effort is agreed with you. New content cannot always be added credibly simply by changing the editing sequence.
