The right starting point

Who is this useful for?

A Content Day suits companies that regularly need new content but do not want to organize a separate shoot for every post. It also suits marketing teams that manage their own channels and need current material. A realistic plan is essential: who is available, which locations are accessible, and which topics can sensibly be combined in one session? We clarify these questions with you and use them to determine the actual production scope.

Specifically for your company

What we deliver for you.

01

Define topics and editions

We begin with intended use: which posts, reels, or photographs do you need? From this, we create a list of planned outputs and the shots required. A fixed content quantity is only agreed once the effort, topics, and desired editing are clear.

02

Prepare the production day

Together, we organize people, subjects, and locations into a schedule. Required statements or interview topics are discussed in advance. Your team organizes internal availability and access. Participants then know when they are needed and what their recording should communicate.

03

Shoot photos and videos

The planned shots are captured on the agreed date. We account for the framing and formats required by the intended channels. If additional ideas arise, we assess them against the remaining time and priorities. The agreed core scope remains the shared reference point.

04

Edit and deliver the material

After production, we select and edit the material according to the brief. The edited videos, retouched images and variations you will receive are recorded in advance. Feedback is consolidated and agreed together. Publication, additional copy and ongoing channel management can be added as further services if needed.

From the starting point to delivery

How we work together.

  1. 01

    Bring needs together

You share topics, channels and planned occasions. Together, we prioritise content, define deliverables and identify the people and locations needed.

  2. 02

    Organise production

We coordinate the process with your contact and carry out the prepared shoot. Changes are assessed according to priority and the available scope.

  3. 03

    Finalise content

The selected material is edited and finalised following your feedback. It is handed over in the agreed formats for your further use.

Secure essential shots first

A production day becomes more dependable when essential outputs and additional ideas are planned separately. Identify the content without which your intended use would not work. Additional shots can then be prioritised around it. We take this order into account during preparation and discuss which people or spaces determine the schedule. If something changes on the day, we already have a shared set of priorities. The scope depends on the agreed outputs and actual availability.

Decide on formats before the shoot

A full interview and a short Reel excerpt may address the same topic, but they need differently structured statements. Similarly, an image crop may work on a website yet be too tight for another use. Record which outputs are needed for each topic. We prepare the shoot accordingly. Later requests for additions are assessed against the available material; not every new use can be meaningfully created from scenes that have already been filmed.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions.

How many finished content items does a Content Day produce?

That depends on the topics and implementation. A short statement needs different preparation from an elaborate scene change. We therefore discuss specific outputs rather than a blanket quantity. The agreed number accounts for shooting time, participants, locations, and editing after the session.

Do our employees need previous experience on camera?

No. We can choose formats that suit each person and prepare topics clearly. Clear statements and sufficient scheduled time are helpful. Whether someone speaks directly, answers in an interview, or is shown performing a task is decided together based on the content.

Does anwision also handle publication afterwards?

You can use the finished content yourself or arrange additional channel management. A Content Day initially covers the agreed production and editing. Editorial planning, post copy, and publication are explicitly assigned so that you know which materials you will receive and which next tasks remain with your team.

What happens if a scheduled participant becomes unavailable at short notice?

Together, we check which planned shots can still be produced and which statements another person is qualified to provide. The schedule is adjusted according to the priorities. Whether missing shots will be added later requires a separate discussion of organisation and content.

Can we work with our own editorial plan?

Yes. An existing plan helps define the required content specifically. Together, we review which topics can be recorded in one session and what preparation is missing. The intended message, format, participants, and planned use are particularly important.
