The task.
The communication needed to match each audience's occasion more closely. Someone organising a company event needs different information from a wedding couple or a business lunch guest. The task was to align the content and contact route for the first campaign focus.
The individual work steps
The approach.
- 01
Consider occasions separately
Corporate events were prioritised for the initial campaign launch. Further wedding communication was intended to present the venue's different possibilities in greater detail. A separate approach for the business lunch was also discussed. This sequence kept the individual tasks and required materials clear.
- 02
Bring the message and landing page together
Advertising copy, creatives and a landing page were prepared for review for the corporate events campaign. The destination page therefore forms part of the same communication journey as the advertisement: interest should be met with relevant information about the offering and a clear next step.
- 03
Coordinate production and approval
Additional photography and video sessions were included in further planning. Coordinating campaign materials and preparing new shoots are separate work steps. Feedback on the initial focus provides the foundation for further use of the content.
Scope of work.
- Prepared advertising copy for the company event campaign
- Creative assets for review
- Landing page as the campaign destination
- Further planning for additional occasions and imagery
Campaign preparation
The project's status.
Advertising copy, creative assets and a landing page were prepared for discussion for the first campaign focus. Further concepts and photography and video sessions were being planned. This example shows the preparation; it does not include an evaluation of published campaigns.
What we can learn from this.
The example shows how a venue's multiple offerings can be divided into clear communication tasks. The specific occasion, the content it requires and a destination page addressing the same need are decisive. An agreed production plan then helps fill gaps in the material precisely.
