Your future at anwision
What this role is about.
At anwision, film is part of a broader communication approach. A video can introduce a company, explain a service or offer insights into an employer brand. Your task is to translate the purpose into clear images and statements. You plan not just attractive individual shots, but the material needed for a coherent story. Collaboration with clients, participants and other creative disciplines is part of the role, alongside the careful organisation of filming and post-production.
What you will work on.
- Prepare film concepts, interview questions and shooting plans based on a specific brief.
- Carefully film company situations, people and agreed subjects for film and content projects.
- Assess image, sound and required cutaways attentively as a whole during production.
- Select, edit and process material clearly for the agreed formats and uses.
- Hand over files, feedback and outputs in an organised way, and identify additional requirements early.
What you bring.
- You can show film work and identify your contribution to concept, shooting, and editing.
- You understand composition and storytelling as ways to communicate a specific message clearly.
- You guide people calmly in front of the camera with clear, respectful direction.
- You work in an organised way and keep production priorities in view even when conditions change.
- You explain technical decisions clearly without assuming a particular equipment or software brand.
Clarify the film's message before filming
An interview about a company service needs more than a generally positive conversation. You prepare questions that reveal specific processes and experiences, and consider which supporting scenes will illustrate those statements. Participants receive clear guidance. Access, subjects and priorities are agreed before the session. If everything cannot be achieved at once, you can explain which shots are truly essential to the planned film.
Consider shooting and post-production together
A corporate film and a short vertical excerpt place different demands on imagery and messaging. You account for the intended uses during production. In editing, you organise material according to its communication purpose, check transitions and ensure that cuts do not distort statements. Feedback is assigned to a clearly identified version. You explain your own creative ideas in relation to the intended effect and the agreed communication direction.

Do I need to own particular equipment to apply?
No particular personal equipment is specified as a requirement here. Describe your approach and technical experience. The equipment and organisational conditions needed for a specific production will be clarified according to the task and form of collaboration.
Which contract type and work location are possible?
Employment and freelance arrangements are possible; the working model is agreed by discussion. anwision's office is at Kattrepel 2, 20095 Hamburg. Shoot locations and required attendance depend on the project and are coordinated during production planning.
