Your future at anwision

What this role is about.

Your task is to develop a clear understanding of a prospect's needs from an initial conversation. You establish where a company needs support, what information is already available and what kind of discussion would be useful next. A good handover allows the consulting team to build on that conversation. You do not need to sell a comprehensive solution during the first contact. If an enquiry is not a fit, or no further conversation is wanted at present, this is clearly recorded and respected.

What you will work on.

  • Approach prospects within the agreed framework and record incoming enquiries.
  • Clarify needs, the starting point and relevant contacts through appropriate questions.
  • Agree the next step transparently and prepare suitable consulting conversations.
  • Clearly document contact history, confirmed information and open questions.
  • Report recurring questions and unsuitable enquiries objectively to the responsible people.

What you bring.

  • You listen carefully and can summarize answers precisely.
  • You distinguish initial interest from a specifically described need.
  • You communicate politely and clearly without artificial pressure to decide.
  • You keep agreed follow-ups and the status of contacts in view.
  • You want to understand anwision's services and explain their relevance clearly.

Clarify an inquiry understandably

A prospect might, for example, say they want greater visibility. You ask what prompted the enquiry: do they want to introduce a new offering, improve an existing website or support recruitment? You clarify who is involved and what preparation has already been done. This turns a broad term into a foundation for a relevant consultation.

You ask questions clearly and in a suitable order. A conversation guide provides orientation. It does not replace listening and still supports a factual assessment when the need differs from what was initially expected.

Create a handover that genuinely helps

After the conversation, you clearly record the objective, starting situation and open questions. You distinguish confirmed information from points that still need checking. If a consultation follows, the responsible person receives the information that actually matters for the initial discussion. This should help avoid unnecessary repetition for the prospect.

You agree the next step transparently and reliably follow up on agreed responses. Communication channels and reasons for contact are clarified within the collaboration. Continuing contact against someone's wishes is not part of the role.

Feed recurring questions back

You recognize when people repeatedly misunderstand the same service scope or cannot find important information on a page. You pass these observations on in an organized way. Initial qualification therefore also helps clarify content and contact routes. Your assessment remains specific and is based on conversations actually held.

Frequently asked questions.

How does this role differ from the Closer?

The focus is on understanding the initial need and preparing a suitable consultation. Developing the proposal in greater depth and guiding the decision fall within the Closer role. Both roles agree what information is needed and how useful handovers should work.

Can I apply for employment or freelance work?

Yes, both forms are possible. Please state your preferred arrangement and availability. The working model will be agreed individually. anwision's office is at Kattrepel 2, 20095 Hamburg; applications go to karriere@anwision.de.

How are unsuitable enquiries or refusals handled?

Clear assessment is part of the role. If the offering is unsuitable or no further contact is wanted, you record this respectfully. Open specialist questions can be clarified internally. Pressure, unsupported promises and closing at any cost are not part of the role.
