What this role is about.
At anwision, photographs should communicate specific information and support a coherent company presence. You identify which images are needed for a website, property brochure, or ongoing communication. Both the individual shot and a consistent selection matter. You coordinate production with the people involved and work with the actual conditions on location. Image selection and editing follow the brief, the situation shown, and the agreed uses.
What you will work on.
- Prepare image requirements, subjects and shooting conditions for company, portrait, property or event projects.
- Guide people and contacts clearly and respectfully during the shoot.
- Photograph spaces, situations and details to match the brief and intended visual message.
- Select photographs carefully and deliver them with consistent editing appropriate to the actual subject.
- Agree required formats and image variations with those responsible for the website, design, or publication.
What you bring.
- You show your own photography and explain the relevant assignment and your execution.
- You use lighting, perspective and framing deliberately to convey a clear visual message.
- You can assess an image series and explain which shots establish the context needed.
- You organise shoots and material carefully, communicating identifiable limitations or missing prerequisites early.
- You work constructively with design requirements and can explain the professional reasoning behind your own ideas.
Show people and their working environment clearly
A company production may need both portraits and observed working situations. You consider which images make contact people more approachable and which explain everyday work. Participants should understand what is being photographed and how they can contribute. Calm communication provides guidance during the session. At the same time, you watch for details in the surroundings that support an image's message or unintentionally distract from it.
Develop a usable image series from the shots
A property brochure, for example, needs a clear relationship between rooms and selected details. Event coverage, by contrast, follows important moments and a timeline. You adapt shot planning and selection to these tasks. During editing, images receive a consistent direction without implying qualities that the subject does not possess. Required crops, outputs, and variations are agreed with the people who will use the material.

Does my portfolio need to cover every photography area listed?
No. Show the areas where your approach and quality are evident. A clear focus helps us assess your work. If you have already photographed other subjects or would like to develop them further, you can mention this too.
Are individual selected images or complete series more helpful?
A clear selection is enough to start with. Coherent series also show how you approach an assignment visually and connect different subjects. Briefly explain the original task and your contribution. This allows us to assess more than the impact of an individual photograph.
How are employment type and working arrangements determined?
Employment and freelance arrangements are possible. The working model and specific scope are discussed and agreed. Our office is at Kattrepel 2, 20095 Hamburg. For shoots, the location, preparation, and required attendance are coordinated for each project.
