Your future at anwision

What this role is about.

anwision combines brand positioning with content, advertising, and technical implementation. In design, you translate these foundations into a recognizable visual direction. Your work may range from a company presentation and social media materials to a broader visual identity. What matters is that design makes each communication clearer and works consistently across applications. You develop original proposals, consider existing brand guidelines, and prepare deliverables so that their subsequent use can be organized clearly.

What you will work on.

  • Develop visual concepts and layouts from the brief, brand positioning and specific information needs.
  • Carefully design and develop presentations, sales materials, digital content and agreed print materials.
  • Apply existing identities consistently or help develop a new design direction.
  • Explain concepts, incorporate agreed feedback and organise project versions clearly.
  • Prepare files and assets for technical implementation or further production according to the agreed requirements.

What you bring.

  • You can show design work with a clear brief, concept and explanation of your own contribution.
  • You work confidently with typography, layout and visual hierarchy, and can justify their use.
  • You develop designs for individual materials and within a coherent brand identity.
  • You check details carefully and recognise the differences between digital applications and printed materials.
  • You respond constructively to feedback and raise missing content or contradictory requirements early.

Develop concepts from the audience and content

When a company wants to present its services more clearly, the task does not start with an arbitrary style. You organize content, prioritize messages, and develop an appropriate visual hierarchy. In a presentation, this might mean a clearer information sequence; in a campaign, an opening that is easy to grasp. You explain the purpose of each decision and can assess whether feedback improves the work or simply expresses a personal preference.

Translate a visual direction into specific applications

A visual identity must work in different situations. For example, you examine how typography, colors, and imagery work together on a website, in sales materials, and on a social channel. The same design is not simply reduced in size without changes. You adapt the amount of information and its arrangement to each medium. You consider required output formats and subsequent editing by other contributors during development and handover.
