Your future at anwision
What this role is about.
You help prospects assess which services fit their situation and what a possible collaboration could look like. You consider objectives, existing materials, internal responsibilities, and open questions. You coordinate expert assessments with the responsible people and make the scope and prerequisites of an offer understandable. An informed decision matters more than a premature yes. After acceptance, you prepare a clear handover to delivery.
What you will work on.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and translate business objectives into specific tasks.
- Agree suitable service combinations with subject-matter experts and prospects.
- Explain proposals clearly and resolve questions about scope and collaboration.
- Support agreed next steps and document decisions clearly.
- Prepare a complete and realistic handover to delivery after acceptance.
What you bring.
- You can structure complex needs and identify essential open questions.
- You explain services and trade-offs clearly without pretending to have certainty you lack.
- You conduct conversations with commitment and respect the other person's decision.
- You handle agreements, proposal versions, and responsibilities carefully.
- You are interested in how marketing, content, websites and sales work together.
Turn the desired outcome into the right task
A company might, for example, ask about an advertising campaign. During the conversation, it becomes clear that the offering is still poorly explained on the landing page and that follow-up responsibilities have not been agreed. You work through these points with the prospect and discuss which prerequisites should be clarified first. This produces a reasoned selection of services rather than a generic package recommendation.
You use existing information from initial contact and explore the key questions further. Statements about feasibility, results, or effort are not promised without checking; where necessary, they are agreed with the relevant subject-matter experts.
Explain an offering and support a decision
You explain the tasks covered by an offer, the contribution required from the client, and the points still open. You use questions as an opportunity to resolve uncertainty. Where several approaches are possible, you explain their differences clearly and relate them to the stated need. The framework and terms are agreed within the defined areas of responsibility.
Follow-up conversations take place by transparent agreement. You ask about outstanding decisions and record the next step. A refusal or a later timeframe is respected. Artificial scarcity and unsupported promises of success do not form a basis for consulting.
Create clarity for delivery after acceptance
You document objectives, the confirmed scope and relevant agreements so that implementation can build on them. Particular expectations and unresolved specialist questions are stated explicitly. If the need has changed during the conversation, you reflect that development in the handover. This keeps the basis of the client's decision clear.

Frequently asked questions.
How does this role differ from the Setter?
Setters structure the initial contact and prepare suitable conversations. As a Closer, you explore the need in greater depth, agree an appropriate proposal and guide the decision. The emphasis is on advice and a clear agreement that can then be delivered reliably.
Are employment and freelance arrangements possible?
Yes. Please tell us your preferred arrangement, desired scope and availability. Working arrangements are agreed individually. Other terms are discussed in person. Our office is at Kattrepel 2, 20095 Hamburg.
Do I need detailed knowledge of every anwision service already?
You should be willing to understand the service range thoroughly and assess specialist questions appropriately. Where a more detailed assessment is needed, you consult the responsible people. In your application, you can describe which topics you can already advise on confidently.
