What this role is about.
Your task is to turn a described problem into a workable process. You establish what information is available, who makes decisions and where automation can provide useful support. From this, you develop an appropriate implementation with clear boundaries and responsibilities. Reliable handovers and understandable results matter as much as the technical connections between systems. AI output is reviewed wherever it affects professional statements, customer communication or subsequent processing.

- Describe requirements, data flows and clear rules for technical implementation.
- Connect the agreed systems and implement suitable automations or AI functions.
- Check results using realistic examples and typical exceptions.
- Document and explain solutions, and develop them further through agreed changes.

Understand the process first, then build the solution
A website inquiry may, for example, contain information that a sales team currently transfers and assigns manually. You investigate this journey with those involved: which fields are needed, which details are regularly missing, and who takes over unclear cases? This produces a target process that can be explained in practical terms before a technical integration is implemented.
You distinguish between fixed rules, possible AI support, and decisions that should remain with a person. You justify your selection based on the problem and available systems. No particular vendors or tools are assumed for this role.
Keep AI outputs and data flows understandable
One possible use case is preparing an internal summary from approved information. You determine which data is actually needed and which access permissions are allowed and agreed. Before using it in production, you check whether the summary omits information, adds content or conveys a degree of certainty that the source material does not support.
Implementation includes a suitable review point and a way to make corrections. You document assumptions, data flows and limitations so the responsible people can understand and operate the solution responsibly.
Exceptions are part of implementation too
You treat missing information, duplicate contacts, and interrupted connections as part of the assignment. Suitable sample cases help check whether an error becomes visible and someone can take over. A short, usable handover also explains who may change settings and how later adjustments are assessed.
